The company was added with email enabled, but these Insights-side settings will keep users from receiving nudges until fixed:

    Companies

    Channel status per company. Turning a channel off stops scheduled nudges on it from the next run; if every channel is off, users are skipped and audited as channel_disabled. Slack and Teams connect through their own consent flows.

    Onboard a company with the email channel enabled — the default for a new company, and the fallback when other channels are added later. Slack and Teams can be connected afterwards via their consent flows.
